G’day! I’m Jess, the photographer and traveler behind Gallivants & Snaps.

I have been dabbling with DSLR photography for nearly a decade, and I am currently completing a Diploma in Photography.

I also have a degree in International Studies, which I completed in-person and online while spending time in 4 different countries, in 4 different continents.

As someone who has lived and worked in 4 countries, and visited more than 30, I am keen to explore, experience, and capture some of the beauty and intrigue our world has to offer!

I am currently based in Auckland / Tāmaki Makaurau in New Zealand / Aotearoa, and I am dedicating this space, initially, to visually sharing this vibrant city I now call home.
